LIBERTY International Tourism Group was founded by native Austrian, Mario Enzesberger, born 1958 in Salzburg. With more than 20 years experience in the travel & tourism industry, Mario Enzesberger's passion for global service has formulated into this world leading DMC chain preferred by many major corporate clients as well as individual travelers.
A globetrotter, a business man, and a sports man, his talents are endless and are supported by his outstanding business sense and marketing drive. One of his leading visionary ideas was to involve all team members in the ownership of their companies by establishing them as shareholders. Literally acting as owners has been a key ingredient in their motivation and ambition for excellence.
Managing Director: Bettina Freudenthaler
Bettina Freudenthaler came on board as Managing Director of LIBERTY Incentives & Congresses in 1996 and is operating 23 offices worldwide with her strong organizational skills and her deep roots in the Industry.
Keeping the whole team as one, maximizing communication across the offices at all times, and insisting on the standardized quality measures, Freudenthaler's capabilities at the steering wheel are taking LIBERTY Incentives and Congresses to more shores and wider horizons everyday.
