Challenge:

Create an ultimate program with wow factor from the beginning to the end also considering the clients have never met before. They were only looking for funny and active visits including a Gala Dinner where they can enjoy at their most. All thematic of the event was the “Tango” and “Evita” for Gala. They want to combine the program with a destination they can not find in another part of the world such us the Glacier Perito Moreno in Calafate, south Patagonia, where they experience what is about walking inside the big piece of ice and we offer them a special toast with a whisky on the ice!!!

Realization:

Combine program 4 nights Buenos Aires & 3 night Calafate visiting Glacier Perito Moreno (South Patagonia), 5 stars hotels. We also create a thematic Gala Event in a Palace in North Buenos Aires (San Souci Palace) where they enjoy a Evita Show by surprised, including musicians with instrumental classic music during the whole event, ending with a big band on stage “Funky Corporation” playing disco music to make them keep on dancing all night long!!. Exclusive use of a Ranch House named: Los Patricios, where we also include a special private Polo Match for them making kind of friendly competition by surprise!!!. During the visit to Glacier Perito Moreno we needed to add wow factors such us expending a Full Day outdoor activity in “la Usina”: a big Ranch House where they can have a unique view of the Lake surrounded by natural landscape of Patagonia and offers the visitor the chance to practice activities such us: 4x4, horseback riding, kayak and time to have lunch shared with the nature of the place. During the visit to another Glacier: Upsalla, all of the visitors were surprised by an Italian actor that was waiting for them to deliver a very funny alive show for them on the Glacier.
