Challenge:

Was their very first time meeting together in a unique activity where they need to show their unknown possibilities of sailing a Regatta All of the participants were office men and the Company was looking for unexpected activity where they can show their availabilities outside their office.

Realization: 

This activity starts carrying out practices of manoeuvres on the sailboats. During this exciting tour the participants will be encouraged by professional skippers to take an active part in the steering and sailing of yachts during a real Regatta. The Regatta means a different activity that empowers the integration of the participants in a natural way at an outstanding spot. It also reinforces the interaction and loyalty to the company. It can be enjoyed by those who don’t have previous experience in navigation, regardless their fitness, age or gender. During the activity they will have: opening breakfast, manuals with the purpose of the activity, specialized bilingual assistances, security talk on board of all boats, deliver of life jackets, three our of sailing through the “Delta” ending with a lunch all together to deliver awards.
