Location: 

Sigulda, small town, located in national park in 1 hour driving distance from Riga. Place is famous with picturesque nature, calm environment and unique sportive activities scattered in vicinity one to another in the area.

Challenge:

To create a full day teambuilding event with unusual activities.

Realization:

• Russian militia came in the morning to the hotel to private breakfast room. He was advised by KGB that there are persons to be recruited for Russian secret service, as the only possibility for them now to get back to their home country. But guests had to prove they are capable and brave enough to fulfil the tasks motherland requires...
• Guests had 15 minutes to prepare themselves and be back in the lobby for official lining, where they were split into small units, and brought by soviet jeeps “bobiks” used by militia to the training area.  Firstly guests had to find their way through forests using the off road maps.
• Then participants were challenged in assessment of high speed on bobsleigh track, apprehension of height on high ropes, and abilities to fly on real flight simulator to become a superhero. During the activities barbeque lunch was served in local restaurant.
• At the end participants were brought to real Russian sauna to pamper their bodies in traditional way, complimenting the event with vodka and red caviar.
