Challenge:

Create a unique set for a conference for renown fertilize company. The venue could be open air, but should offer facilities and catering for the guests. Client demanded a unusual location.

Realization:

1. We opt to organize this half day conference inside the Tijuca Rain Forest, the biggest urban forest in the world. We selected a restaurant, former colonial house, with beautiful garden in the middle of the forest.
2. We create the whole infra-structure for the conference including chairs, audio equipment, simultaneous translators (English/French/Spanish) and retractable covering (in case of bad weather).
3. Guests were transferred to the venue on open jeeps, through the rain forest.
4. During the conference, coffee break with fresh fruit juices, whole bread and other natural products.
5. Buffet style lunch was served in the restaurant – offering fine Brazilian dishes.
6. The guests were amazed by the location and the meeting was both pleasant and informative. Client was very happy with the choice of venue and the set-up, which was beyond their expectation.
