To organise a meeting in a non conventional meeting venue with a local touch!

Realization:

• Organising an event in an unusual venue such as the Eiffel tower brings unusual constraints. The Eiffel Tower has quite restricted opening hours and security obligations.
• Meeting for 80 people with management of the complicated restrictions for Eiffel Tower access and challenges such as managing set-up restrictions on furniture delivery, etc for the external caterer, avoiding queues for guests, working to set times despite limited lift capacity.
• Organisation of a standing cocktail lunch with outstanding views over the city of Paris.
