INCENTIVES

Client: Brewery industry
Origin: Netherlands
Participants: Traders and consumers worldwide
Number: 1200 people

Location:

Village of Montmartre in the heart of Paris.

Challenge:

Privatisation of all the restaurant terraces of one of the most frequented squares in the city of Paris – all turned green instead of the traditional red to take on the sponsors colours; privatisation of a number of original and private venues, opened especially for this event

Realisation:

Full day in the village including privatised areas and activities to entertain the guests as well as lunch.

1.      We ‘customised’ the village of Montmartre with the client’s identity: production of a big welcome and help desk at a key location, production of banners and various original items related to the event hung or set-up all over the area in the streets and in the privatised spaces.

2.      Privatisation of the Montmartre museum and its garden for a garden party. Free visit of the museum with guide at disposal for explanation. A permanent buffet with drinks at disposal of the guests in the garden. A singer and an accordionist to entertain. Caricaturists on site doing portraits of the guests.

3.      Privatisation of a private and hidden Petanque club for the organisation of a competition. Teams were assisted by local member of this private club, a real French experience! Tables and chairs set up for drinks.

4.      Special opening of Montmartre vineyards and welcome by the president of ‘Commanderie’ in costume - the Montmartre brotherhood- and tasting of the local production of wine.

5.      Privatisation of a local bistro room for a Cabaret show organised and produced by ourselves. The show was performed several times throughout the day and we had tables and drinks at disposal for the guests.

6.      Tickets for a free visit of the Dali museum – possible workshop in a private room inside the museum

7.      Vouchers produced by us to be exchanged for a pancake in any ‘crêperie’ of the village and a voucher to get a free lunch at any of the terraces of the main square.

8.      Various happenings organised all over Montmartre such as a photo spot with instantaneous pictures, live performance of artists painting on a giant canvas in the street, a comedian performing mime related to the event…

All the guests were free to move from one spot to another and felt privileged to have made the most of the village especially ‘dressed-up’ for them.
