Challenge:

Organising an outdoor event in winter with sportive and fun challenges for everyone

Realisation:

1.      Guests were accommodated in a hotel by the sea, walking distance from the docks.

We took the boat from this dock towards the St Marguerite Island, a nice 30min ride. Upon arrival, a briefing was organised and the pre-defined teams were sent to various spots. Start of the rally.

2.      We had a quite impressive spot for abseiling from the castle where the famous Iron Mask was imprisoned! The challenging part was the height of the spot and the view when participants were abseiling as it was surrounded by the sea.

3.      Another spot was for rock climbing, here this time the wall was in the middle of the island but still quite a challenge.

4.      Team work with various activities such as carrying one person of their team with some abseiling equipment , hanging ropes on trees for example so that this person could catch items without touching forbidden zones on the ground. 

5.      Giant ski: simple but a must in the team coordination. 3 persons from each team have to walk on the same pair of skis. They have a precise trail to follow and the quickest team wins when they actually succeed getting to the end all together.

Each team had the opportunity to play against the others which created not only competition but also a lot of laughter and good team spirit. A memorable and relaxing day

Back to the coast by boat and walk to the hotel.
