The area of Garmisch-Partenkirchen offered the set up for this high class incentive. 15 best clients are invited to enjoy one of the most luxury hotels in Germany „Schloss Elmau“.
Challenge:
This high quality event was supposed to contain sportive parts and cultural highlights in two days. The perfect setting in the Alps allowed the guests to feel far away from stress, work and business.
Realization:
One highlight was followed by the next one:

After the arrival and the check in, a horse carriage brought the guests to a cosy mountain hut where they had dinner and life music.

At midnight, the group went back to the hotel with romantic torches. The white snow and the golden light enchanted the guests.

The next morning, the sun woke up the guests and perfect snow was waiting. After a short ride, one of Germany’s best skiing areas opened the doors for the guests and offered a full day of action and sport.

Lunch was prepared in a mountain hut for the guests exclusively and nice hostesses in Bavarian dresses served the food for the group.

After the return at „Schloss Elmau“, the guests enjoyed the wonderful spa area of the hotel.

The gala dinner was accompanied by a classical musician that gave the evening a very ceremonial character.
