The conference was held not only in the Charles Hotel in Munich but also in a mountain hut. Activities and cultural programs al around Munich were organized for attendees and spouses.

Challenge:

The mixture of a concentrated meeting and cultural highlights for attendees and spouses from all over the world had to be created. From the invitation management to the feedback forms in the end – everything was organized in one hand!

Realization:

  1. Welcome reception at The Charles Hotel
  2. Transfer from The Charles Hotel to “Augustiner Keller” and welcome Dinner at one of the most famous beer gardens in Munich. Party at the favoured club “Pasha”.
  3. Running session in the morning (optional)
  4. For conference attendees: Departure from The Charles Hotel to the Alps because today the meeting was held in a mountain hut, Start of the conference
  5. For spouses: Departure from The Charles Hotel to the Lake “Chiemsee” and visit of King Ludwig’s castle “Herrenchiemsee” with lunch at the “Schlosscafé”. Dirndl shopping: to have the perfect traditional dress for the group photo and evening in the mountain hut and departure to the mountain hut
  6. Welcome, group photo and traditional games and dinner with live music at the “Sonnenalm” at midnight departure to Munich and party at the popular club “8 seasons” (optional)
  7. The next morning: introduction for the city trophy at The Charles Hotel with lunch at the finish of the trophy
  8. For the dinner guests chose one of the recommended restaurants and had party at club “P1”, Prinzregentenstrasse 1 (optional) - Entrance password: BOYDEN
  9. Last day: departure to the castle “Schloss Nymphenburg” with a lyrical walk through the landscaped park of the former residence of the Bavarian monarchs and lunch at the “Palmenhaus”.
  10. At night: departure from The Charles Hotel for the gala evening at the museum of modern art "Pinakothek der Moderne"
