The Moorings, an elegant restaurant next to the sea located in one of the most prestigious and expensive marinas in Greece.

The view to sea is extraordinary and the restaurant features a dining room on the ground level with big windows (which open), as well as a covered terrace which is ideal for cocktails.
Enjoy the beautiful view from the terraces overlooking the bay of Vouliagmeni where the most beautiful yachts are docked.

Challenge:

The biggest challenge we had was the Menu. There was confusion from the side of the Leader of the Group regarding the number of meals to be served between meat and fish.

There was a wrong count in the fish dishes and all the clients wanted fish instead of meat; a situation of panic was created by the Leader of the Group but finally we managed through the great collaboration with the Maitre of the restaurant to serve all the clients fish.

Realization:

The evening was organized as Gala Diner for Award Ceremony for the Best Sellers from all over Europe:

1.      The Liberty Staff went to the restaurant Moorings 1,5 hour before in order to make sure that everything was in order before the arrival of the group

2.      The group was picked-up from the Hotel and transferred to the Moorings Restaurant

3.      During the dinner the guests participated in the Award ceremony and enjoyed the night dancing until the small hours of the morning

4.      The group was dropped-off at the Hotel
