About Us

The first Liberty office was opened 1995 in Hungary / Budapest. In the first development years the offices operated mostly in the incoming sector, after the great success in this part of the tourism, the owners established in 2000 the Incentive Department within the existing structure under the management of a young professional, Mrs Anita Horvath.

After 4 years of very successful operation the partners decided to create an independent company specialized in the MICE business, and so Liberty Incentives & Congresses Budapest was founded in 2004.

Today, 6 multilingual project managers are working for the satisfaction of our clients. (Spoken languages are: Hungarian, English, German, Italian, French, Spanish and Russian.)

Within the years we developed strong partnership with our local suppliers (hotel chains, restaurants, catering and event service companies) to be able to provide our clients the highest quality of service to the best available rate.

We guarantee our clients creativity, innovative team work, up-to-date offers observing the ever changing trends and news in our city and country.

Together with our sister company Liberty International Budapest (www.liberty-international.org) we are one of the major players within the local market.

Liberty Incentives & Congresses Budapest is also a prominent member of the Budapest Convention Bureau, ICCA.
