Challenge:

To take the participants out of the usual long weekend trips, prepare an elegant and special program that presents our destination from different views.

Realization:

1st day:

• Arrival of the group to Budapest, guests were welcomed by our professional spanish speaking staff and transfered to the hotel.
• Welcome reception and dinner in a privatised area of the hotel.

2nd day:

• Special Cultural tour around Pest, including the Museum of Terror, the Grand Market Hall, the City Park and the Hungarian Opera House.
• In the afternoons we had a privatised cigar corner in the hotel where the guests could have cigars, drinks and had a TV set to see Spanish programs
• Dinner in a trendy restaurant on the Andrássy boulevard and afterwards a night cruise on the Danube with an exclusively rented boat, live music, dancers and open bar.

3rd day:

• Exclusive Visit to the Hungarian Parliament.
• Transfer by privatised steam Nostalgy Train to Gödöllő. Visit to the Royal Palace and private concert in the Baroque Theatre.
• Lunch and afternoon together with the Hungarian betyárs at the Lázár Farm. This program included a fantastic horse show, horse carriaging adventure and a very traditional goulash lunch, accompagned by gypsy music.
• XIX century Dinner at Gundel palace, accompagned by Hungarian Music and the best wines of the famous Gundel cellars.

4th day:

• Panoramic tour to Buda and the Castle Area with special features included, such as organ concert in the Matthias Churcha and wine tasting in the Buda Labytinth.
• Special transfer by old-timer cars to the venue of the gala dinner: the Ethnographical Museum. The unforgettable Gala dinner was accompanied by a 12 member Hungarian Tzimbale Band.
