Challenge:
To coordinate and transfer the 350 guests arriving from all over the world.
To fulfill all the expectations of the journalists and show them something different, something out of the usual.
To coordinate the different parts of the event taking place at 4-5 venues at the same time.
Realization:
The guests were accommodated in two hotels in the city center, at walking distance from each other.
The welcome dinner was organised in the ballroom of one of these hotels for all the participants together. The dinner was based on a world-gastronomy experience with different food stations.
The newly refurbished Budapest Congress and World Trade Center, with its huge plenary room and exhibition area was a perfect venue for the product launch, where the company presented its latest developments.
The many break out rooms of the Sofitel hotel were used for smaller press conferences and private interviews.
The uniqe Hungarian Railway Museum gave place to the corporate dinner. Transfer by privatised Nostalgy Trains, 4-course menu of the highest quality, nice background music and trapez acrobat show – all these topics made a perfect and unforgottable evening.
