Challange:
Create a plenary congress room for 600 pax. Being an “institutional company” they required a classical set up, not extravagant, but still original.
Realization:
Booking and coordination of all the suppliers that contributed to the realization of the event:

With the hotel, that on top of the bedrooms provided the meeting room

With the catering the were in charge of the coffee breaks, coffee stations and the buffet business lunch in the hotel

With a specialised construction company the realised the podium

With the sound technician company that realised and ad-hoc system on top of the hotel’s one and the coordination the audio station.

With the light technician company that set up a special illumination multiple system and video projecting system

With a film shooting company to record the event, and then assemble the film in a organic way following the committee requested outline and with a soundtrack in those sheen were no speech took place.

The transfers (most with private car and minivan) from and to the airport and railway station plus the coaches for the transport from the hotel to the gala venue and back

Gala dinner for all guest in the “secret gardens” of a XVII century villa (very exclusive location!) including all the set ups: catering, lights, audio and video settings including shooting and projecting over maxi silver screen & amplified live musician with special instrument as light background entertainment during the dinner and dancing night right after.

Special evening/dinner for the board of directors in a historical palace in the centre of Rome anticipated by a visit with a special academy historian authority and a short lecture of the palace it self.
