Challenge:

Organizing a set up of two teams, one to control and to follow all the needs in the Congress Center “Palais des Congrès” of Marrakech. The other team was in charge of organizing the transportation, as it was individual transfers from Casablanca and Marrakech airport, coordination with several hotels for the accommodation, as well as organizing and selling excursions.    

Realization:

1. We had a staff of 5 hostesses, 06 coordinators for transport, 03 coordinators for the accommodation and 04 coordinators for the Congress Center plus 01 general coordinator.
2. Organizing guides in different speaking languages to assist the proposed excursions and visits.
3. Proposing and selling several dinner locations.
4. Held the Gala dinner at the restaurant Al Kasbah and coordinate between the teams of transportation and the team on the spot.
5. Controlling with the kitchen staff and the waiters to serve the entire guest at the same time.
6. Organizing the appearance of the different folkloric troops during and after the dinner.
