Challenge:

The challenge for this incentive was split the group and to offer them different and separate activities. All dinners had to be exclusive and International with no Moroccan influence.

Realization:

1. Coordination with the airport Marrakech Menara, as the arrival was by private Jet for the directors and by charter for the group.
2. We had to react immediately of the special wishes of the directors.
3. The pilot and the crew of the charter had to stay in different hotel, which had to be in other area than the hotel of the group, but it had to be close the city center, as they did not have any guide and no assistance. 
4. We had a staff of 05 Russian speaking guides + 05 coordinators to fulfill the wishes of the clients and to realize the proposed excursions and the dinners.   
5. The Gala dinner was a challenge, as we had to organize a floating stage on the pool of the restaurant Crystal Pacha.
6. Vehicle used : Limousine, private cars and coaches
7. At the end the directors were convinced by their stay to try a dinner with Moroccan influence and Moroccan wine.
