Challenge:

The challenge for this meeting was:

1. To accommodate all participants in the city of Gdansk.
2. Coordinate everything at the Baltic Philharmonic Hall, where the meeting took place (the remodeling of the venue was completed only 1 month before the event – so every detail had to be double checked before the first such big event.)

Realization:

1. Coordination of all arrivals and transfers
2. We had to react immediately to accommodate all last minute changes (all participants had their individual arrangements)
3. Apart from the meeting all participants were taking part in many different activities, such as various city tours, shopping tours, visits to the movies, theatre, football game.
4. We had to be all the time ready to arrange any kind of tickets for the event, tables at the restaurants, rental cars – on request.
5. Gala dinner was also a challenge since there was no place big enough to accommodate all participants.

At the end we decided to organize it at the Maritime Museum, on 3 floors, with buffet and life music on each floor. This way our guests could enjoy a nice meal in a very unique setting.
