BUCOVINA & MOLDOVA

Bucovina is a historical region on the north-eastern part of Romania, a region well known for the beautiful landscapes but also for the painted monasteries.
Founded by the Moldovian voivodes and boyards ( Alexander the Good, Stephen the Great etc) each of this architectonic beauties have a specific colour: Voronet (blue), Humor (red), Sucevita (green), Moldovita (yellow) and Arbore(combination of colours). All these monasteries are part of the World Heritage and are protected UNESCO sites.
Moldova is also a historical region, lying in the eastern part of Romania. It is famous in the country for the delicious cuisine, the peoples’ hospitality and beautiful landcapes.
Iasi is Moldova’s most representative city, once the capital of the region. It is famous for its University, palaces and churches. The city has several good hotels, some of them featuring conference spaces and also some famous, historical, restaurants. Also, an international airport with connections to some major European cities, makes Iasi an easy to reach destination for the international business traveler.
