• The Marriott hotel in Bucharest
• The Royal Palace in Bucharest
• The Village Museum in Bucharest
• Peles Castle in Sinaia
• The Historical Train of the Royal family

Challenge:

To design the journey with the Royal train is such way that it would really seam to take the participants back in time and to obtain all the approvals from the different institutions of the state, in order to be able to use the train and the railroads for this event.

Realization:

• Day 1: The group arrived in the evening and it was welcomed at the aiport and after that accommodated in Marriott hotel.
• Day 2: The first half of the second day was dedicated to exploring Bucharest. The group visited the Parliaments Palace and the visit ended with a cocktail and a concert at the Patriarchal Palace. The day ended with a “Dracula” dinner at the Diplomat’s Club, with costumes and show adapted to the theme.
• Day 3: For this day, the group flew with the helicopters to Sinaia, a beautiful mountain resort, for a visit at Peles Castle. The visit included a cocktail in the garden in front the hotel. The group returned to Bucharest in style, with the train that once belonged to the royal family, in the sound of traditional music, played by costumed players.
• Day 4: In the open air Village Museum, rented especially for the group, our guest were invited to a concert of a children choir. Being the last full day of the trip, Liberty also arranged a gala dinner, in the Royal Palace in Bucharest.
