Challenge:

The biggest challenge Liberty Romania had to deal with was the design of an appropriate social program for such a large number of people, with lot of small events and tours happening at the same time in different locations.

Realization:

• Day 1: Participants arrived in Bucharest and were accommodated in the Marriott, Venetia and Hilton hotel. At the same time, a registration process took place at the Parliament Palace. During the evening, the official opening took place at the parliament Palace.
• Day 2: This day was dedicated to meeting in the Parliament Palace. At the same time, the spouses of the participants were involved in various social activities: one day tours in Bucharest and surroundings, 3 day tours on Prahova Valley. At the end of day 2, an informal social meeting was organized for the participants at Cortina Club, a private location near Bucharest, in Corbeanca village.
• Day 3: The third day was dedicated to meetings at the Parliament Palace.
• Day 4: After a meeting in the morning, the closing ceremony took place, also in the Parliament Palace. In the evening, a gala dinner was arranged for the participants in the Royal Palace in Bucharest.
• Day 5: The last day was dedicated to a Bucharest tour for all the participants. The highlights of this tour were the Patriarchal Palace, the old city of Bucharest and the Museum of Romanian Peasant, were a light lunch also took place.
