The Event was concentrated in the historical center of St.Petersburg:

• Accommodation: Grand Hotel Europe;
• Welcome reception: Event-Liner;  
• Conference: Musical Comedy Theatre;
• Gala dinner: Marble Palace

 Challenge:

To manage two-days business Event letting the guests to get in touch with the historical and romantic atmosphere of St.Petersburg which could make their stay a very special and unforgettable.

 Realization:

• Welcome reception was arranged on the boat of the Event-Liner. It was combined with wonderful Cruise along the Neva River;
• The conference, smaller sessions, coffee-breaks and lunches were held in the luxurious interiors of the recently renovated historical building – the legendary Theatre of Musical Comedy;
• The Gala dinner was arranged in one of the halls of the Marble Palace – the splendid building of the 18th century, accompanied by classic quartette;
• The whole Event including accommodation was concentrated in a small area of the city providing short walking distances for the participants to reach the main spots.
