Madrid’s bullring « La Plaza de los Toros,Monumental de las ventas” the biggest building of its kind in the whole of Spain and one of the most important in the world.

Challenge:

Organise a sumptuous gala dinner in this very singular venue.

Realization:

To organize such event in such a particular venue brings constraints. The bullring is indeed subject to numerous restrictions and other obligations imposed by no other than the city of Madrid. A lot of administration paperwork and authorisation were to be dealt with.

Plans were to be carefully measured so the external caterer could perform to its best.

A stage was to be set-up for a live band; a dance floor was to be made from scratch on the bullring sand and a pyrotechnic firework display was to be calculated to the minute!

At the end, all guests had a wonderful time and left feeling they had been part of a one in a lifetime experience!
